SHARE PROJECT

The interior design of this private sitting room, located in front of the bedrooms on the second floor, creates a serene retreat that balances comfort and style. At the back of the room, a small wooden house bar adds a touch of warmth and intimacy, while a vernacular coffee table made from green-tinted wood serves as the focal point of the space. This unique table not only provides functional surface area but also inspires the room’s color scheme, with the walls painted in a soft light green that complements its natural hues.

The wood used at the base of the coffee table influences the finish of the bar, creating a cohesive design that ties the elements together. To enhance the visual impact of the coffee table, white sofas are strategically chosen, allowing the vibrant green wood to stand out as a statement piece. This thoughtful selection of colors and materials fosters a calming atmosphere, making the sitting room an inviting space for relaxation and conversation.
