This striking single-family villa is designed with three interlocking geometric volumes, creating a unique architectural form that seamlessly incorporates balconies on each level. The crisp, white marble facade exudes timeless elegance, while the intersecting shapes bring a dynamic, modern twist to the exterior. Each level of the home features balconies, integrated into the structure by the overlapping geometric forms, offering outdoor living spaces with uninterrupted views while maintaining a cohesive design.

The use of multiple arches in varying sizes throughout the villa creates a harmonious blend of modern and classical design. These arches soften the sharp geometric lines of the structure, giving it a fluid, organic feel while maintaining architectural cohesion. The repetition of arches not only draws the eye across the facade, but also serves to invite light into the home from different angles, enhancing the sense of openness and airiness. This interplay between solid marble and open, curved forms helps create a dynamic visual rhythm, giving the villa a sculptural quality that feels both unified and expansive.

The villa’s defining feature is its series of arch windows and openings, each varying in size but designed to create a sense of fluidity and continuity across the structure. These arches soften the sharp lines of the geometric shapes, connecting the home visually and making it feel like a single, unified object. The play of light through the arches, along with the pristine white marble, enhances the sense of openness, while the windows allow natural light to fill the interior, blurring the boundaries between the inside and outside spaces.
